WHAT WE TREAT Traditional and Mountain Sports Rehabilitation and Performance     We treat injuries sustained during the following activities: Team Sports (Soccer, Baseball, Football, etc.) Swimming Cycling Running/Walking Rock/Ice Climbing Hiking/Mountaineering We have the capability to perform digital video and biomechanical gait analysis. Our equipment and creativity facilitate high-velocity type strengthening activities, core stability and proprioception for any outdoor or indoor sporting activity. Neck, Back, and Spine care, including the sacroiliac joint We are both trained in advanced manual therapy techniques for the spine and sacroiliac joint. We also enjoy putting together individualized clinic and home strengthening and stability exercises. Pre-op Consultation and Post-op Rehabilitation We will meet with you before an operation to help you best prepare yourself for your surgery. We will also review what to expect in terms of pain, limitations, and rehabilitation after surgery. Post-op rehabilitation can be performed in our clinic to help you reach your peak - whether it be to walk a mile or return to high performance sporting activity. Motor Vehicle and Work Related Injuries We will work with you using both manual and exercise therapies and various supplementary modalities to get you as close to pre-injury status as possible. Balance Disorders Whether you are elderly, a young athlete with repeated sprains/strains, or a chronic back pain patient - balance and proprioception are usually an issue. We have very effective exercises and balance equipment that will improve your balance and overall stability. General Orthopedics and Repetitive Strain Disorders/Overuse/Injuries These include aches and pains in general which may be caused by poor posture, poor bio-mechanics, and/or muscle imbalances. With the appropriate manual therapy, exercise and education these can be minimized.
