CATHERINE NUTTING, PT, DPT, OCS

Catherine is a strong believer in the transformative effect of physical therapy and empowering others to be as healthy and active through the lifespan. She believes in developing strong interpersonal relationships with her patients and incorporates concepts from her experience with health and wellness, fitness, sports, yoga, and Pilates into her treatment plans. She also uses functional manual therapy and motor control activities in addition to activity-specific training to help clients efficiently achieve their individual goals.

 

Catherine has specialty training in pealvic health and is passionate about working with women across the pregnancy spectrum. Catherine’s studies have encouraged a more holistic view of health and activity, and she is passionate about encouraging people to pursue lifelong health.

Catherine earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seattle Pacific University in 2008, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2011. She is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). 

Catherine enjoys being outside especially hiking, cycling, swimming and playing volleyball. She also enjoys reading and eating delicious food.
