Sam Apple, PT, DPT

Sam a Michigan native who recently moved to Seattle with his wife and son. As a Doctor of      Physical Therapy, Sam integrates his experience as a strength and conditioning coach into practice to provide a holistic approach for all orthopedic and sports populations. He utilizes a biomechanical approach for individualized treatment and strives to empower his patients through education and movement.

Sam received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan in August of 2018. Prior to PT school he worked as a strength and conditioning coach and had the privilege of training athletes from a variety of sports and skill levels, ranging from elementary school through the professional ranks. Working with athletes recovering from injury, he quickly recognized the gap between discharge from rehabilitation to a full return to peak physical performance. During this time, he developed a passion for Injury Prevention and Return to Sport rehabilitation, which led him to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Sam enjoys spending time with his family exploring the Seattle food, brewery, and coffee scenes. He is also an avid golfer, hiker, and soccer enthusiast.
