TONY PLETCHER, PT, DPT
Originally from Seattle, Tony received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University in NYC, but after a stint on the East coast, has returned to the PNW. Tony is passionate about treating the whole body as a system, and helping his clients get back to their lives quickly and performing better. Tony strives to impart a sense of empowerment in his clients about their ownership of the rehab experience and works to create exercises that not only fit their schedule, but have a tangible connection to the activities or sports they are working toward. Tony also believes in the power of manual therapy to help address dysfunction and has experience with IASTM techniques.
Tony brings an extensive athletic background to his care, competing in Elite-level bicycle racing throughout the USA on the road as well as cyclocross. Tony has spent countless hours working with bike-fitting specialists and has a special interest in fitting cyclists to their bikes to maximize performance and enjoyment. Tony is also currently pursuing his USA Cycling coaching certification. Tony is passionate about working with injured endurance athletes and working to get them back to the sports they love, but enjoys working with people regardless of why they seek physical therapy.
When Tony is not on his bike, he enjoys time with his girlfriend and their dog in their new home, taking walks or hikes, or spending time in the kitchen.
